I had been training on and off for 2 years using different programs and methods and managed to build a small amount of muscle. I began to feel as though i had hit a wall and couldn’t progress further. I did a bit of research and came across clean health.

I was extremely interested in their approach to training and nutrition and decided to undertake a twice a week PT program. Brian taught me how to train with intensity and the importance of nutrition.

After 8 weeks I managed to drop a significant amount of body fat, whilst also increasing my lean muscle mass. I would definitely recommend the team at Clean Health for anyone looking to transform their bodies and advance their training and nutritional knowledge.
