Since 2009, we have coached national champions across multiple federations and disciplines from around the world including the IFBB, WBFF, INBA/PNBA and have built some of the top pro athletes throughout Australia and internationally including international sensations such as Lauren Simpson WBFF Pro, James Cant IFBB Pro and many more. So whether you are a male or female or competing in bikini, fitness, figure, bodybuilding or physique we can help you!

Our physique preparation coaching is designed for the person who wants to take their training to new heights and challenge himself or herself or the experienced competitor alike. Unlike traditional physique preparation methods where you are starved on no calories and spend hours daily doing too much cardio, our methods are safe, effective and long lasting. It’s not uncommon for our athletes to maintain close to their competition shape year round, with our coaching.

Our approach to physique athlete coaching is focused on traditional strength training using dumbbells and barbells, cleaning up your nutrition using the iNutrition Pro software, assessing your body composition and hormonal analysis through the Charles Poliquin Metabolic Analytics (Formerly BioSignature and BioPrint) system to ensure you get the maximal amount of results possible in the shortest period of time.

All of our physique athlete coaching personal training programs include detailed nutrition and training plans that change every 3-4 weeks as your body fat drops, we will reassess your body fat throughout the program to ensure you get results.

You have the option of training with a personal trainer 2-5 times per week depending on how serious you are and what you need, the minimum commitment period is 12 weeks; we do however also offer 24 and 48-week programs. Package fees will depend on training frequency (minimum twice per week), level of coach and finally whether you pay weekly on direct debit or up front.
