Satellite Personal Training

For clients who are unable to come into our gym’s weekly yet don’t want to do a straight online program then this program is for you. This is suited to serious trainees whom need professional guidance yet still want to be pushed beyond their limits in person every few weeks.

Your personal trainer will design a personalised lifestyle, nutrition and training program to help you achieve your goals, whether they are general fat loss, muscle gain and general health, male and female physique athlete preparation or athletic performance. At any one time, we cater to over 50 satellite personal training clients throughout Australia. We also specialise in physique athlete preparation coaching via our satellite training method, so please contact us if you have questions.

With our satellite personal training programs, you will get the following:

  1. Lifestyle Assessment – we will assess your neurotransmitter profile to ascertain just exactly who you are along with past and current lifestyle influences that could be preventing you from reaching your goals. This may involve referring you to your local doctor for blood or other functional medicine tests to identify any underlying conditions.
  2. Nutritional Overhaul – without correct nutrition you will never be able to optimise your progress in the gym. We will educate you and support you in implementing the correct nutritional plan so you can achieve your objectives using the world’s leading nutrition and diet design software, iNutrition Pro.
  3. Training Program – after completing the first two steps and our detailed assessment forms, we will devise a workout routine that caters to your specific needs and targets. All your weights, cardio (if required) and recovery sessions will be prepared for you in a personalised report and training manual, which along with your nutrition plan will change every 3-4 weeks.

Our satellite personal training program is only suited to individuals whom are highly motivated and accountable. You must want to achieve peak levels of human health, fitness and performance for the program to work under our personal trainer’s guidance. You will have a combination of monthly face to face personal training sessions and online interaction with our coach over the course of the program.
