Mark Carroll is the Global Head of Education at the Clean Health Fitness Institute and one of the most well known personal trainers in the world today.
With over a decade of industry experience Mark is passionate about results. Often referred to as the ‘King of fat loss transformations’, Mark is best known for his rapid weight loss transformations and his success with ‘physique prep’ athletes.
Mark is passionate about education and dedicates his time to research and development so that he can stay abreast of the fitness industry trends and at the top of the game.
Glen has a diverse background having worked in the fitness industry for the last decade. He has a broad skill set encompassing manual therapy, strength & conditioning and human performance.
He coaches clients ranging from professional athletes, physique competitors and also works extensively with the general population.
His passion is education, performance and achieving elite but sustainable physique transformations which he teaches through our Education programs around the world.
With over a decades experience as a personal trainer, Jason is one of the top coaches today at getting amazing transformations with clients from all walks of life.
He is a big advocate of personal and professional development and has immense drive for developing himself and those around him. To that end, he presents regularly around Australia with our education programs.
He takes an integrative approach to health, which allows him to provide a holistic service to his clients whether they be training for physique shows or general population clientele.
With a decade of industry experience, Jake uses his extensive knowledge across training, nutrition and functional medicine to achieve life long change to all his clients.
Jake spends much time educating himself on the latest scientific research and holistic approaches to his art. This has allowed him to push the boundaries of health and fitness allowing his clients to get amazing physical transformations
both internally and externally.
Amy is passionate about all things health and fitness which shows in the methods she uses with her clients to get results. Since a young age she has competed in various competitive sports including Gymnastics and Bodybuilding.
Amy believes coaching encompasses everything, including internal health, mental health as well as physical fitness. To that end, she undertakes a comprehensive assessment process with all clients designed to maximise their results inside and outside of the gym.
Josh has been passionate about training himself for over a decade and has worked as a personal trainer for over 5 years.
He has a strong desire to continually learn himself and has been able to help people not only with lifestyle transformations but also significant physical transformations.
A single father who practices what he preaches, he recently competed in his first ICN bodybuilding competition to test the methods and systems he uses to get his clients in the best shape.
Lauren has been in the fitness industry for over five years and has competed in a total of nine physique competitions in both the INBA and WBFF Federations, during which she acquired her pro card in the WBFF as a Bikini Pro.
This personal experience has provided her with extensive knowledge in physique transformations for general population and athletes alike, along with nutrition coaching for fat loss.
She is passionate about female health and helping women new to training learn how to eat and move the right way.
Tim’s passion for the health and fitness industry started at an early age from competing in a variety of sports.
This passion developed into a long term career of transforming his clients lives through introducing them to proper training and nutrition methods.
Having a strong focus around mindset development and an eagerness to continually learn and develop his skills, Tim has the ability to apply strategic methods in order to achieve all his clients goals whether they be fat loss, hypertrophy or body recomposition.
Nathan has gained a vast range of knowledge from some key mentors in the fitness industry, allowing him to continuously expand on his knowledge to elicit rapid and lasting transformations.
He believes in incorporating a holistic approach to achieving results for his clients that covers all things lifestyle, nutrition and training.
